In January the min deposit amount is 25 (account currency) in order to be eligible.

Accounts were credited on 20th January (apologies for the delay due to my vacation).

Any that didn't get them I'm afraid it's because you have not deposited the min amount or recently and the casino will not be crediting any more winners for December.
