Ok Tristan who owns Irish Luck has already responded and has rectified the problem. He said it was human error on his part and that Bonuses don't expire.

He also said he added another $25 as a measure of goodwill. What a cool guy
... and that's why we run Tourneys with him..

So please check at your convenience to make sure everything is fine. Naturally let me know if anything is not right

.. and lastly I think he wants to do a special offer for next months Tourney as well..

HELP!! Johnny the $125 credit as well as the extra $25 have been taken from my account again. I had actually claimed the $125 but not had a chnace to play it. When I went to play today it was gone! A little history of my recent activity at Irish Luck.... I requested my first withdrawal from them on April 18th. It was paid on April 21st. On April 20th I made a deposit and played that out. The credits were replaced to my account around April 22 and I claimed the $125 but did not have time to play until today but its gone again. Did they flag my account because of the withdrawal and thus take away the no deposit bonuses? This is so frustrating and not fair!

I am on a plane today (cattle class with the rest of them :-)) so it may be a while before I can get back to you. (no immediate access to a PC)

Geno or OC will see this and ensure that it is followed up for you if I can't get back in an appropriate amount of time.

I am sure everything will be fine in the end though as Tristan doesn't stand for unfairnesss and if anything it would be a "system thing"
